How we collect, use and protect the information you share with us through this site.

Data controller

Easy Code Agency is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through this website. For any question about your data, write to us at contacto@easycodeagency.com.

What we collect

Only what you voluntarily provide in the contact form: first name, last name, email and — optionally — company, role, country, organization size and the message you write. We do not collect sensitive data or third-party information.

What we use it for

To respond to your request, assess whether we can help and follow up on the commercial conversation. If you explicitly ticked the corresponding box, also to occasionally send you engineering articles and insights. We never sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Where it is stored

Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database managed by Supabase, with access restricted through row-level security policies. Only authorized Easy Code Agency personnel can access it.

For how long

We keep the information while an active commercial relationship or a legitimate follow-up interest exists. You may request its deletion at any time.

Your rights

As the data subject you have the right to access, update, correct and delete your information, and to withdraw the authorization you granted. To exercise any of these rights, write to contacto@easycodeagency.com and we will handle your request within the timeframes established by law.

Cookies and tracking technologies

This site does not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics or advertising pixels. If we adopt any of these technologies in the future, we will request your prior consent and you will be able to decline as easily as you accept.

Regulatory framework

This policy is governed by Law 1581 of 2012 and its implementing decrees in Colombia. For data subjects located in the European Union, we additionally apply the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
